Effective English for 8 to 15-year-olds

The Bearton Twins is a method designed for students who start learning English in the 2nd grade or later. It is compatible with the core curriculum in Poland and teaches effective communication.

What is the Bearton Twins method like?

The Bearton Twins method follows the primary school core curriculum and helps children gain confidence in class, improve their grades and be fully prepared for the eighth-grade exam.

At the same time, children learn to use English for communication: they learn to speak and overcome language barriers. Carefully designed materials based on top teaching methods support their progress.

Modern methodology

Bringing together the best teaching methods ensures real, measurable progress in English.

Aligned with the school curriculum

Our classes make school lessons and tests easier and more manageable for students.

Attractive learning methods

With raps, comics, lots of picture and word cards, and an interactive app full of activities and recordings, learning is always fun—there’s no chance of getting bored!

Focus on communication

We don’t teach words in isolation—children immediately use them in sentences and questions, which helps them express themselves more confidently and naturally.

What do students value in the Bearton Twins?

Children on Bearton Twins courses love the fun, relaxed atmosphere and are eager to take part in lessons.

Guided by the relatable twins, Alex and Suzie, they explore the world of English in an engaging way.

Modern, dynamic learning methods help them absorb and organise knowledge while building both their language skills and their confidence as users of English.

Engaging course characters

Children discover the world of English alongside the relatable, English-speaking twins, who are the same age and have the same interests as them.

A variety of communication situations

The vocabulary in the course is set in practical, everyday contexts: the classroom, going on a trip or life at home.

Learning through play

English on the move uses TPR (the Total Physical Response method), but also board games, funny language drills and unusual sentences.

Maximum effectiveness

Content recycling and a well-thought-out revision system result in clear progress in English competence.

A success system that lets them spread their wings

The clear credit system is designed to build a sense of achievement and empowerment, boosting children's self-confidence while giving parents a clear view of their child's language progress.

Grammar in practice

Real-life communication contexts demonstrate how and when to use structures in everyday situations, encouraging active language use.

Fun and engaging content

Funny rhymes, quirky names, and unique adventures appeal to the children’s sense of humour, boosting their motivation and engagement in the learning process.

Why choose the Bearton Twins?

Frequent revision and expansion of the vocabulary and grammar from school lead to real language progress, resulting in better grades and easier test-taking. Plus, as children earn more passes in the Bearton Twins course, they gain a sense of achievement that motivates them to keep learning. The fun characters that make the kids smile also help them remember vocabulary and grammar long after the lessons are over.

The Bear App

Brightly designed and user-friendly, the app contains numerous tasks to practise each chapter’s material. It helps to consolidate and review what has been taught in class, while audio recordings help with reading and pronunciation skills.
